I’m Troy Muljat, a Washington State certified commercial appraiser and broker with over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. I specialize in brokerage, leasing, property management, development, and commercial appraisal. I’m an active investor, developer, and manager of commercial and residential real estate in Whatcom County, which enables me to better serve my clients, foresee the issues they may face, and innovate solutions.

I hold the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager® (CPM) designations through the National Association of Realtors and have had the honor of being featured in The Wall Street Journal, Washington Realtor Profile Magazine, and Whatcom Business Pulse Magazine. I’m passionate about leveraging technology for the real estate industry and enjoy working with local businesses to create digital solutions for other commercial brokers around the country.

I began my career in real estate by becoming a licensed agent at 18 years old, later moving to Seattle to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing from Seattle Pacific University and my commercial appraisal license in 1992. I’m a third generation broker and Bellingham native who continues to call Whatcom County home.

I’d love to hear from you, learn what your goals are, and discover how I can help you accomplish them.
